Product received
Once we receive your product, we inspect the condition to make sure it matches the condition you selected.

Receive your check
Your redemption check will be issued approximately 45 days after the receipt and inspection of your trade product and receipt and validation of your proof of purchase, whichever is later.  The redemption check will be made payable to the purchaser name on the proof of purchase invoice.  All checks are mailed via the US Postal Service.
